This new structure opened in May 2009. It is positioned directly on the lake front and is just divided from the lake by the Gardesana road (the lake road). It’s just 200 mt distance from the centre of Assenza di Brenzone. The apartment complex is made out of 4 seperated buildings and positioned in a terrace style manner, there are a total of 46 spacious apartments, one bedroomed and two bedroomed apartments, some on the ground floor, some first floor and some on the second floor, all are furnished in a modern and functional way.

Our new residence (opened in May 2003) is situated on Lake Garda, only a short distance from a wide beach, and a meadow (belonging to the residence) in an area of well-kept gardens with olive trees. Along the lake promenade, only one kilometre to the north, is the village of Castelletto, where banks, grocer’s shops, newspaper and tobacconist’s, restaurants bars and other shops cluster around the picturesque fishing harbour.
In the apartment block with its unobstructed view of the lake and the beach, there are seven fully-equipped holiday apartments, in which we have paid great attention to the furnishings and fittings. An enclosed car park, partly roofed, and a garage with a few parking places are also available for our guests.
